What is Your business hours?
We open Monday to Friday at 8:30-17:30 UTC+8, which is 20:30-5:30 UTC-8 (the United States, Canada) or 2:30-11:30 UTC+1 (European Countries).
What is your minimun order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends on the product items; normally we do 500 pieces or more. Please contact us for further confirmation, and we’ll reply as soon as possible. Thank you.
How is your product quality?
Since we are one of the leading manufacturers of producing stamping components and connectors in Asia, we put lots of efforts on product quality. For example, we have a CNLA-certified laboratory to test products’ reliability before delivery so that products’ remain reliable and in good quality. We also put into effect the ISO quality management system from as early as 1989, applying ourselves to the best quality.
What languages can your sales team speak?
Our sales ambassadors speak Mandarin Chinese, English, and also a little German. But we can read and write all three languages fluently.
What is the average age of your team?
The average age of our sales team is 36 years old; for our R&D team the average age is 50.
Where do your clients come from?
Our customers comes from all around the world, such as Germany, Japan, Singapore, the United States, etc.
